VERY RUDE

I am very unhappy with the way I have been treated by David from Indibano. He is very rude and said hurtful words to me. He made me look like a bad client when I have tried to be very patient with the panel beaters who have had my car for close to 3 months for repairs after my car accident. David also said to me noone from insurance wants to speak to me because I am very difficult. My car was brought to me first time and I asked it be taken back because the bonnet was darker than rest of car. David said he would look at it and assessor went and told me car was fine. Iasked David to bring car on 4 and 5 Dec in morning because my days are very busy and he was not able to do so. I had team building on Friday 6 Dec and asked him to bring it Monday morning which he did not and brought it back in the afternoon when it was raining. I asked to take car so I can assess inspect and sign forms when it is not raining and driver said it was not possible. I then received a call from insurance saying am being difficult because I did not want to take car. I explained it was raining and could not inspect car. How am I wrong. David raises his voice at me on the phone. I pay premiums on time. Treat me with respect
