I have seen so many bad reports about this useless service provider so I thought i would add another one
I recently bought a new Huyndai and paid cash for a Maintenance plan from LQ
I phoned and emailed to cancel my old plan which was on a debit order and I received the following reply dated 11/12/2012
"I have received confirmation of your service plan cancellation confirming that there's an amount of - R 117.59 outstanding for the complete cancellation process to take place. This simply means once the amount above is received the full cancellation will reflect as a valid cancellation" I trust the above to be in correct order.
Kind regards David Leefar Moshibe | Client Services Consultant
I informed him via email that I would let my next debit order go through and they could then send me the refund.
I know that living in S.A we have to expect bad service and I really didn't expect to get my refund within a reasonable time (maybe 2 or 3 months) but I honestly didn't think that this inefficiently run company would deduct another payment at the end of January. Shame on you Liquid Capital.
