In November 2012 I took Service Plan wth Liquid Capital not knowing that I already have Service plan with Toyota. My car was due for service. When I took the plan the person whom I spoke wth said I should pay 3 premium before they can pay for my service, I phoned customer service and spoke with David Moshibe and he gave me banking details, I deposited R600 in Liquid Capital acc. On the 12 of December 2012 took my car for service that's when I find out that is already have service plan. On the 13 December 2012 I sent cancellation form to David and cancellation department. On the 23 January 2013 I sent an email to David to find out the status of my cancellation and the refund. My plan was cancelled but I haven't received my refund. David said will investigate that was in February. I've been sending emails to customer service and david moshibe. No response. All I need is my money R600. I don't know what to do!
