I took out a vehicle service policy with liquid capital in 2012. During April 2013 it was time to get my vehicle serviced. When taking out the policy I specifically asked the sales agent if I can take the vehicle to any approved RMI Service Center. Sales agent informed me that it will be fine. I took my vehicle for a service April 19, and requested the service center to contact liquid capital for approval. Service center contacted liquid capital and was informed that the vehicle must be taken to a VW agent for service. This is in complete contradiction as to what was said to me upon acceptance of the policy. I have been trying to contact liquid capital on numerous occasions the last 2 days and I am cut off every time I explain my problem.
I wonder how many other liquid capital clients are mislead and not provided with the service that was paid for. If liquid capital only pay vehicle agents then I was mislead into taking this policy and want a refund of all my paid installments. I will also not pay any kind of penalties or cancellation fees
