I called Nedbank Middelburg Mall on Wednesday 8 May 2013 and spoke to Raelett Pieterse. I enquired about the possibility of buying a used LDV on H.P. She said it would be easier to get a personal loan as the bank insists on AA tests and a whole list of f do's and don'ts
She asked me to mail het a copy of my Identity Document and the last pay slip, which I did at 09:31 on 8 May 2013
I called later during the day to ask if she received the mail as I heard nothing from her. She replied that she was busy with clients and, that she received the documents and that she gave it to someone else.
I called on Thursday 9 May but Raelett was on the phone (according to the operator). She took my message and said she would ask Raelett to call back. Needless to say she did not.
I sent a mail 10 May 2013 at 10:31 to enquire no reply. I received news on Thursday 13:45 that the LDV was no longer available. I "thanked Raelett for her reply (sarcasm) and receive the following mail on Saturday 11 May 2013.
