Absolutely Shocking Service, No Response!!!

I have officially requested support and assistance from Standard Bank on the 15th of May 2013 I was told around the 12th of May 2013 that I do qualify for assistance and that documents will be sent thru to me which I need to fill in and the process will begin (will take10 to 15 working days). I did receive these documents on the 15th of May and due to my financial position there was great urgency to have these documents filled in and send thru soonest which I did oid submit on the 15th of May 2013. Since then I have nit even received a phone call. I explicitly explained my financial position and impact of my financial status if I don't receive urgent support. I have emailed 3 to 5 times, called about 15 times and all I get is the below auto message after the 10-15 days committed process b is promised!!! over and over again
