I bought a telescope from [URL Removed] o the 3rd of January 2013 and paid the money into their bank account, on the 16th I queried as I have had no response from them, I was asked to e-mail the deposit slip which I did and they replied that I will receive it the next week. On the 31st I queried them again about the delivery and received a e-mail that I will receive it soon, a week later (7 Feb) I sent another e-mail and they replied that I will receive it on the Monday (11Feb) at the latest. On the 11th Feb at 18h00 i sent an e-mail requesting my money back as I do not believe I will receive the product, on the 12th Feb I sent another e-mail stating that is their last chance, they replied on the 13th Feb, confirming that I will receive the product on that same day, obviously that did not happen. Please help.
