Smart Device purchased through FNB needs fixing

I purchased a smart device - blackberry bold - through the FNB Smart Device option at the end of last year. The phone has a number of issues. I have tried to contact the correct person at FNB so that the device can be repaired as it is still under the 1 year warranty. I have been given 7 different numbers to call and 2 e-mail addresses and none of these people can assist or put me in touch with the correct person. I am very disappointed by the service I have received. I would like to have my device repaired asap as I do have insurance with FNB for the device. I was told to email smartcom who said they can't help as they did not supply the device. This has been extremely frustrating! I have banked with FNB for a number of years and expect better service and better awareness amongst their staff ito process.
