I called Outsurance for a quote on my vehicle, and I was quoted over R2k whereas I am currently paying about R600. The lady who was helping me then told me that since they couldnt beat what I was currently paying she would send me an e-mail with a link so I can claim my R400. I received a pin that I was meant to use but never received the e-mail. I called the second time and was then assured that I would receive the e-mail, but still didnt receive it. I called the third time and even gave them a different e-mail address to send the mail to but instead I was sent the "pin" on my cellphone but never the e-mail. Its been almost 2 weeks now and 3 phone calls later and I still havent received the e-mail. Why promise peopel something but not deliver on it? Its impossible that I can give them 2 different e-mail addresses and the mail hasnt even been sent to either 1 of them.
