How can we not help you

I am a customer at FnB. Went into the Fourways branch to see if i qualify for a personal loan, the banker had told me that i don't. Tried to apply online and was granted a sum of R25000 asked to be called back in this regard as i needed more. Called me this morning did all the scoring and whatever and now I can only get R6000. Went through to Nedbank and applied and got approved for R85000 which i needed. It sad to know that we have to go go around shopping for loans. The ways FNB advertises and what they promise is a big let down. Will be looking at changing my bank in the near future. Very unsatisfied customer.
