On the 28 May 2013 I requested a statement. As per statement, then ended on the 20 March 2013 my balance was R1280.61. April 2013, R500 was deducted on my pay slip, followed by R500 in May, R500 June and R373.61 in July totaling to R1873.61 which is R593 more than what I owed as per the March statement. an agent revealed to me the I still owe R90, making it R683 more than my outstanding balance of R1280.61. After being told to fax or email pay slips which I did many a times, nothing. Until I spoke with one lady who told me that everything else is fine but the April payment has not been allocated and I should get a proof of payment and email it to her. Indeed on the 24 July 2013 emailed the proof of payment and nothing. I made a follow up few days later and each time I was told to leave my details, someone will get back to me and my matter will be attended to in 3 working days till the 05 August. I was AGAIN asked to email the proof and I did. Again nothing happened till the 14 August, called again, proof emailed again till today. I understand that there might be legal charges but can they amount to R683??? If yes, then how come and why is it so difficult to explain that to me?
