EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE

I informed Woolworths about the change of my debit order date. They accept knowledge of email but did not change the date. Debit order returned unpaid. I then made arrangements to settle the outstanding payment of R1261 on a monthly basis by paying R1500 each month instead of R1261.Since then I have been receiving thousands of phone calls telling me that I am not paying my account. I have expalined to hundres of Customer Personal that I am paying. I have faxed, emailed proof of payment from March. May have received a phonecall telling me that I am not keeping my word that I only paid R600. I went to Woolworths Galleria and explained and showed my proof of payment and that I never paid only R600.THey put me on the line with an agent and I explained. I then faxed the proof, I needed to fax the proof twice, scream and swear to get them to acknowledge my payment and asked them to please relay the msg to their collecting department as that is apparently another department. I was promise that it would be done. I kept on getting calls, ignoring them. I got a sms today telling me that my name was given to all 3 their dept collect departments. But I have proof that I paid every month R1500.
