I was busy on the call with a consultant from the company named Thandeka, she was very rude & abrupt. I was trying to explain my situation to her but she did not want to listen, . Eventually when I asked her for her name & a ref number she cut the call on me.
Is this the kind of service that you guys offer clients. But until now, I problem/ query as not been resolved.
Can somebody plz assist me. You guys debited my account for 2 months then stopped & eventually handed me over to your attorneys. I need to know why...
