I HAVE A COMPLAINT TO MAKE... I OPENED A NEDBANK SAVINGS ACCOUNT IN 8TH DECEMBER 2012... I HAD TO MANUALLY CALL ALL MY DIBIT ORDER GUYS AND INFORM THEM OF MY NEW ACCOUNT DETAILS SO AS TO NOT DEBIT MY OLD ACCOUNT... THIS BRUMA FINANCE... I SPOKE TO CAROL NKABINDE IN 11TH DECEMBER 2012 AND SHE SAID THAT I MUST FILL IN A FORM WHICH SHE EMAILED ME TO PUT IN MY NEW BANKING DETAILS... OK FINE I DID THAT AND EMAILED HER BACK AT 11/12/2012 AT 1PM.SO ALL MY ACCOUNTS WERE UP TO DATE..."TO MY KNOWLEDGE"... NOW I GET A CALL FROM STANDARD BANK SAYING THAT IM IN AREAS ON MY CHEQUE ACCOUNT... I OWE THEM R1587.48 ON MY CHEQ... SO ACCORDING TO MY KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT I KNOW... THAT I SORTED MY ACCOUNTS OUT... SO WHY ON EARTH IS THE BRUMA FINANCE DEBIT ORDER GOING OUT ON MY OLD ACCOUNT... AND MORE SO... WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BANK CHARGES THAT BRUMA FINANCE INCURRED... DEFINITELY NOT ME... ALSO... THAT COMPANY "BRUMA" DONT KNOW THAT A YVONNE WORKS THERE, HOW CAN THEY NOT KNOW THAT SHE WORKS THERE? I WANT THIS ISSUE RESOLVED... IM NOT PAYING STANDARD BANK UNPAID DEBIT ORDERS FOR BRUMA FINANCE MESS UP.
