So I had to once again send an email, with no respnse from Bruma Finance, asper usual, requesting an explanation as to WHY ANOTHER debit order of R166.98 was debited, knowing well enough after my last complaint, that the last and final payment was made on my loan account. I was helped by Palesha, who could not explain to me as to why that debit order was put through. She then said that she has put through a reversal request and it would tak between 24 and 48 hours before it is backin my account.
Yes, it took less than 24 hours, but now my issue is: they debited an amount of R166.98, yet a refund of ONLY R108.87 was paid back. That is NOT the amount that was debited off my account.
I was also asked to rather use the website for any future complaints. There is no complaints section. Everything is info related.
Explain the above, please.
