I had taken out a loan with Babereki Finance last year in August.. I paid my first installment and to my dismay I lost my job, I contacted Babereki Finance informing them that I am unemployed, This year a lady from their offices contacted me and I informed her I was unemployed therefore I could not make the payment on this account, All she said was she would make a note on the system. Then I went to my bank and stopped all my debit orders as since I am unemployed, there is no funds in the account. I received a call from a very rude Consultant named Ernest who did not want to assist me but was adamant on sending my details to his legal dept. he insists on me giving my temp job, company details to him, yet I tried to explain to him I temping thru an agency and cannot receive calls here. He was so rude and mentioned that he is going to put a debit order thru and if the debit comes back unpaid, he is going to hand my acc over to legal. I mean you dont even call a customer to make an arrangement to pay, he states he is going to put a trace on my name so his legal dept can trace me, is this the customer service you guys show. I was trying to explain to him but he wud not listen
