Proof of insurance scandal

Absa phoned me and said that my car's premium would increase if I did not provide proof of insurance. I provided it and today they still deducted more money. Now I have been on hold for almos 40 minutes with no answer at their call centre. I still have proof of the mail I sent with the documents and I want the matter corrected, but I can't get a hold of them!
