On 12th April I phoned ABSA for details of my (credit card provided) travel insurance. After being passed between the travel insurance and credit card division 4 times and speaking to 7 different people no one could confirm the insurance amounts for their new Titanium credit card. Finally I found a manager who promised to send me the info, but I was sent the standard brochure and, after pointing this out and requesting that the correct info be sent, I'm still waiting (more than two weeks now).
If this continues, I am in danger of losing my visa appointment and my overseas trip.
Not my first complaint about ABSA, but it might be my last.
