Have come to the conclusion Absa Travel Insurance don't want business. Phoned their 086 No. for three days consecutively, several times each day, and for 5 minutes listened to their boring ads before giving up. Finally found an e-mail address and asked them to contact me. At 11:44 on Thursday 16 April got e-mail saying someone would contact me within 24 hours. Stayed at home waiting but at 15:30 pm on Friday 18 April still no response. So much for "Your call is important to us! ".
