Dear ABSA,
I see a similar incident before where one has to wait for months for action. Even a response to a query regarding my investment funds which was managed by ABSA capital on behalf of Mercedes-Benz SA has not been responded to. Why doesn't your peole respond, and the telephone is never answered (goes straight to voicemail)?
I am so glad that I moved my personal banking from ABSA years ago, I doubt I will ever return.
