Well its been over two months now and still no call or resolution from ABSA head office or Die Heuwel Branch.
Seriously stay far away from ABSA they have ruined my credit file and now charging me for there own stupidity and mistakes! FAIS have now been informed and I will now start to take legal action as ABSA dont care and dont respond so they giving me no option or a helpful resolution to just settle this once and for all.
24 years banking with ABSA still counts for nothing and customer services is shocking!
