He assisted me within minutes from me sending him a email and i am no longer a standard bank client. i sent him an email @3:57PM to confirm that a staff member had called me regarding a credit to my account his first response was 4:01PM and by 4:05 pm it was resolved. he is a true asset to your company one of very few!
