This morning, after being treated very rudely by a client liaison officer at FNB Vereeniging, I went to the Standard Bank to get a transfer made for Eskom. An angel Nada Viljoen assisted us with a smile, and helped us with all the issues and walked with us to the ATM inside the bank to see that the transaction is done correctly. WOW, what an asset to Standard Bank... give that girl a Bells, and an increase, and a day or two off!! I feel like transferring all my accounts to Standard Bank just because of one person's attitude!!
