I contact Standard Bank Call Centre. My admin fee was changed from R44 to R51 per month. The reasons that was given was:
1. Registered under NCA - No True
2. Applied for access bond on 05 April 2013. - No true -!!!
3. Standard bank system change - Why do I need to pay???
There was no manager to assist and I am left very confused and not sure of the safety of my accounts with Standard Bank!!!
I tried to call the Standard Bank call centre and there is a message for me to call back later. I send an email and a general email came back informing me that they received more email than normal and I will go into the list.
