I have been trying to get in contact with Finrite for almost 5months now
every time I call the call centre the unprofessional agents leave me on hold for up to 10minutes when I finally have no choice but to end the call.
All I want is an update on my claim, is that so much to ask?!
I have been retrenched in December 2012, submitted all requested documents yet I still have no response from this company. In the meantime my account has been handed over to an external debt collecting company and my credit file is being affected at no fault of my own.
I am so frustrated I don't know what more I can do
