No Reponse to Emails

On Friday the 8th march I sent an email to Standard bank enquiries with regards to a vehicle I have with me that needs to be surrendered back to them. The owner of the vehicle cannot make the payments any longer due to immigrating and wishes to surrender the said vehicle. I have contacted the Vehicle Asset Finance department via email but have yet to receive a response. I would appreciate it if someone could get back to me with what the process is.
