HIGHLY IRRITATED WITH ABSA PLATINUM PEOPLE, APPLIED FOR A VALUE BUNDLE AS I AM TRYING TO SWITCH TO ABSA, I ALREADY HAVE VEHICLE FINANCE, AND PLAT CREDIT CARD WITH ABSA AND I AM HOUSE HUNTING AND WAS HOPING ALL MY MAJOR ACCOUNTS WILL BE WITH ABSA (HOME LOAN INCLUDED). SENT DOCUMENTS ON WEDNESDAY 8TH MAY 2013, RECEIVED AN EMAIL ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT, ONLY ON MONDAY 13 MAY WHEN I CALL I'M ADVISED ZACK WESTHUIZEN RECEIVED MY DOCUMENTS BUT THE BANK STATEMENTS ARE NOT SIGNED. MY QUESTION IS WHEN WERE THEY GOING TO CALL AND LET ME KNOW HAD I NOT CALLED? HE TELLS ME ABOUT A CALL MADE ON SATURDAY WHICH SURE DIDNT GET TO ME, AND AS FROM DOCS SENT ON WEDNESDAY AND ONLY GETTING CALLED ON SATURDAY. MAKES YOU WONDER WHAT'S SPECIAL WITH THIS PLATINUM SERVICE AND DEDICATED LINE IF THEY TAKE MORE THAN 48 HOURS TO GET BACK TO CLIENTS. THAT'S IRRITATING SERVICE AS I AM BRINGING MONEY TO THE BANK.
