Money not save No service via e-mail or phone

I have banking with Absa for over 15 Years I am a platinum banker by them.
My Cheque card aparantly got cloned and someone swiped my card for more than my dayly limit.
So my money is not safe by them (thats why i bank there otherwise I would have put my money in a save)
When it happend i was by absa and while i was there i showed them look someone is swiping but here is my card.so thats fruad . they opened a case thats the last I heard from them I e-mailed them a week ago still waiting on reply.
I phoned the Absa Platinum line (what a joke) they cant help me.
I also asked them to e-mail me all my outstanding accounts so I can settle them because I want to switch to an other bank (again they cant help)
My house ec. is by them I went to an other bank my finance is already arange . so I want to settle all my absa accounts and move away.
If this is how they tread there Platinum users how do they tread the Silver or nomal users.
