Automated responses but no assistance

I have posted two complaints on this site about Virgin, written numerous emails since January directly to Virgin but still no solution. In fact the last complaint did not even get a response except an automated one!!! i wonder how Richard Branson would feel if he knew how his customers in SA where being treated. Please could someone be king enough to assist in sorting out this problem!
