Platinum Bundle Disappointment

I queried whether ABSA would be willing to move my current vehicle finance to ABSA should i chose to move to a Platinum Bundle... a month or more passed with promised return calls and standard email templates.
I then decided to proceed with a Platinum Bundle, application process was rather seamless.
On 22 June, I visited the Brooklyn Mall branch to collect the Plat Credit Card and apply for the Chq card, while I was there, I requested my debit orders to be moved and that my private banker be assigned.
On 9 July, I received a call advising to collect my Chq card, which i did the same day. After standing at the counter for almost an hour, they eventually managed to setup my pin for the card. To my surprise, when i tried to make any purchases, no POS machines would accept the card. To date, I am still waiting to hear from my private banker, still waiting on confirmation of my debit order moves and still waiting to see the benefits of being a platinum customer.
FNB... here's your opportunity to take another long standing client from ABSA.
