So much for dedicated service to platinum customers. Call the dedicated platinum line, only to be told I can't be assisted, then I'm transferred to 4 different people in different departments and then I get told I need to call the platinum number (which I originally called!). I then get transferred to someone who eventually tells me they cannot assist me and the responsibility is my own to keep track of the details. All I wanted to know is how many visits I've used on my Priority Pass card!! Surely these details get logged on the system or on the customer's record!!??
