IPad deal sluggishness

Hi,

I've been trying for 4 months now to get an iPad through FNB, and they simply cannot understand that I do qualify for the deal on offer. They keep giving the same response that I don't earn enough, when I clearly do as stated in their T&Cs. I'm planning on cancelling the transaction and buying it cash through 3rd party. I am constantly being told that the application is successful, then declined, then successful, then declined. Listen to your customers FNB, I've only heard good things about your service delivery, but I have been disappointed after having changed to your bank less than 6 months ago.
