Charging me for non-delivered bank statements

Once a year my accountant requests any bank statements that are missing. I then have to go to all 4 of the banks and request any statements that I am missing. Yesterday I went to all the banks one by one and requested statements from each.

First National Bank is the only bank that charges me R9.90 per statement - the other 3 banks not. How is that for customer service? I think it is shocking!
