Slow Lounge Charge

TO whom it may concern:

I have recently obtained a platinum cheque card. One of the major benefits of this card was access to the slow lounge. However i was not informed about the terms and conditions with regards to this benefit. I am now R500 out of pocket for benefit I thought was free. I have know that these charges would be applied I would have never even considered using this benefit.
Can someone please contact me with regards to this.
