Good day

I sent a query to your debt review services team 28 May 2013. I receive a response from Sthembile 6 June 2013 but he/she has not even taken the time to read my query and respond appriately. He/she has given me information i dont need. this matter should have been resolved a week ago. This is now a matter of urgency.

i wll appreciate it if someone could read and understand my request as well as provide me with the relevant information.
