In 2009, I was handed over to Creditworx by Gelvandale High School regarding the payment of schoolfees. I went under Debt Reveiw and my Debt Counsellors restructured all my accounts as per the court order that was issued and the PDA distributed all the funds to the Creditors. According to my debt counsellors and the PDA, my schoolfees debt has been settled and all proof of payments on this account has been forwarded to Creditworx on numerous occasions. They are still failing to acknowledge that the schoolfees debt has been paid up. I have approached the school, Gelvandale High School and they informed me that Creditworx is responsible for the issueing of a paid -up letter as they were retained to collect the monies and should therefore have record of said transactions. I. Have even contacted the NCR to lay a complaint. Hope matter gets resolved soon I am unable to access any funds, loans to buy a car despite not owing anyone as I am declined to obtain finance because of factors like Creditworx, who refuse to acknowledge that schoolfees to the value of R700 has been settled. Hoping matter can be resolved soon
