With regards to your response (4 April 2013) to my query (26 March 2013), you claim to have resolved the matter of my Truworths Account by corresponding with me. I HAVE RECEIVED NO CORRESPONDENCE FROM YOU INDICATING THAT THE MATTER HAS BEEN RESOLVED. You may be confusing it with the reply for the STD Bank credit card.
