Ok, this is the last straw. This incompetent bank has been going around in circles with my case for months now and it has still not been resolved. Four times now I have been informed that the funds that were were credited to my account only to be phoned a week later asking when I will be paying the outstanding balance. Really Standard Bank, this is the 8th month now and I am still struggling to have this issue resolved. I have posted here before and I was contacted and ensured that this issue would receive attention only to wait for weeks for feedback. This seems to have become a never-ending game with this incompetent bank. I have Hellopeter-ed Standard Bank on two occasions only to receive an email saying I will be contacted, which meant that to the system it showed that attention was given to the matter, but that email is all that I have gotten. Only moaning on Facebook has garnered some attention albeit just to be given the run-around again. Get your act together now. I need to have this issue resolved as this arrogant institution is charging me interest while the investigation is still going on. Does anybody know what I can do with these jerks?
