Limit increase

On the 10-May 2013 i went to the branch for a limit increase. The guy referred the limit to the manager margaret She did not do a limit because they had to call branch for authorisation but i have the money market account with the Lambton Branch. I was told that there is no copy of id they cannot help me. Margaret did not want to speak to me. The balance on my money market account is R265000.00 I had to leave the Branch without any help. Can you investigate the matter for me very frustrated customer.
