I went into the Stanger branch on Friday 31/1/2014 to increase my eap limit to be increased from R50 000 to R450 000 until 5-2-2014 which was done. I then paid suppliers on 2nd Feb and 3 Feb. My limit was then reduced to R50 000 accordingly. I am currently trying to pay suppliers and am unable to do so. These payments were done in the new month and my limit reduced to R50 000 I am unable to pay anyone now saying that i have increased my eap limit. The branch staff did not say this to me. Kindly sort limit out because I need to pay suppliers for the month on February. I am not going into the branch again. This should have been done the same time.
