Tried this morning to increase my electronic banking limit. Waiting 15 minutes in the queue. The 'process' took 25 minutes, and WHYoo, but, YOU MIGHT ASK? The person LEAH (Benoni branch) did not 'allow' me to get the limit I needed (remember, it is MY money and NOT YOUR money?), only allowing me to increase to the amount in my current account. I did mention that I had another account that went straight past her. A supervisor came, I started losing it, and the matter was referred to a manager. And that took forever until she appeared. Leah told me that she would 'explain' to me. LISTEN: I do not need 'explanations', it is MY money, I can do whatever ME likes with it, none of YOUR business. After some raising my voice (and your staff telling me on top of the voice the amount in my account, for everybody to hear, which is great, isn't it!), I got what I requested in the first place!
