I have request an settlement amount on my garnish that is directly deducted from my salary, a creditworx consultant gave me an amount of R7278, 64 which i paid, keep in mind i have been paying since 2009.
when i phoned the same agent back after i faxed the proof of payment she told me that she cant give me a settlement letter because i still owe R32000, 00 her excuse was their client add the extra without them (creditworx) knowing.
i am utterly discusted by their unprofesional and i feel criminal behavior cause i am in a position now to clear my name but i am held back by creditworx patetic service
R9544.52 was original debt in 2009 R150 was deducted every month since then till now.
