Unfair treatment

A month ago, I requested BMW to finance me for safety film as I noticed that going via dealership is going to cost me. I got an approval but there were certain requirements I need to fulfil. As I was told that all BMW uses Auto Armor as their fitment centre for safety film, then I requested Auto Armor in Tokai branch to supply with all those requirements (banking details, invoice and accreditation certificate saying they are authorised to do BMW cars). Contacting Auto Armor for the accreditation certificate they say they dont have such thing and its the first time them asking such thing because usually BMW dealerships are the ones who sent cars to them.

Now I am told by Tiisetso Customer consultant from BMW Financial services says the Payment manager is refusing to make payment until Auto Armor produces such accreditation certificate. Auto Armor says they have been doing BMW cars for many years but the question I have is why BMW dealerships uses Auto Armor if they are not authorised and this Payment Manager why is not willing to contact one of the dealerships and find out if indeed they use Auto Armor as 4 me goin via dealership will cost me more.
