Transmed had handed me over to their lawyers after I resigned from my previous employer. I made arrangements and paid 2 instalments of R250.00. After sending through proof of payment to Creditworx and had informed these ppl that continued to call that all the payments have been done. All I got is harassment by these Creditworx employees who are very rude and never want to understand that I don't owe anything and INSTEAD have paid the account over.
On the other hand what Creditworx has doine is clearly.
I then instructed Transmed that I needed 3 things from their office;
1) An explanation why Creditworx has NOT made any payments to you're office
2) My remaining refund because I over paid
3) An apology for the unnecessary stress caused by Creditworx.
I then gave Creditworx until close of business of the 15 of April 2013 for an answer.
