Why am I being billed for the telephone calls and smses (harassment) that i receive from creditworx? As far as I am concerned, I have finished paying off my debt. On the 30 September 2013, I made my final payment of R150.40. Only to receive calls and smses just because the system could not pick up the payment. Now I have just been told that I owe yet another R84.00 for the calls which were made to me for the amount I have already paid. Is it my fault that the system was faulty and could not pick-up my payment? Why am I being charged for the telephone calls that I did not request? Why is creditworx extracting money from the public? Is it even legal to charge people for your telephone calls?
