I logged a call in February for minor damage to the front bumper of my car. MiWay appointed Renew-IT Randburg as the repairer but it took more than a month to to contact me to make arrangements for my car to be booked in. I eventually had to phone them myself. I booked in the car on the 4th of April and have had to call in every time to get updates, even when they promised to call me back. It's been Five weeks now and I still don't have my car.
I spoke to Jethro in the MiWay call center to assist getting information out of MiWay's appointed repairer, and was promised I could collect the car on Friday [Today] (after many phone calls).
It's Friday, but I still don't have my car! MiWay's recommendation of Renew-IT Randburg has lead to them tarnishing their own name!
