I resigned from work and finished off on the 15th March 2013. I have called and advised that I need my payment made urgently and was advised that I need to wait 4 to 6 weeks. They advised that my claim forms was received on the 20th March but it seems like they counting the weeks from the end of March which is really delaying things as I have accounts to pay the most important been my rent. I had to make alternate arrangements or my children and I would have been evicted. The estate agents don't worry what your problems is as long as they receive their rent. I have used so much airtime to call and on two occassions I ran out of airtime whilst holding on to speak to a consultant which is terrible when you don't have the money to call. I have spoken to various call centre agents and get different answers from them. They starting to count the weeks from the end of March or they still waiting for the last payment to be added then the claim can be processed by deregistration and they have to get a tax directive from SARS. All I'm asking is that process please be quickened as I need to do things and pay accounts.
