Annoying phone call

Someone at FNB phoned me this morning wanting to explain personal loans. I told him that i'm busy and cannot speak and do not want information on that, if I want information I'LL CONTACT YOU!! He asked what a good time to phone me back will be, again I said I don't want information, I'm not interested and don't have the time. After several times that he won't accept me not wanting to listen or give him a time to phone back he said he'll phone me back after six and threw the phone down in my ear. I couldn't even get his name. I think he has a cheak not accepting that I don't WANT to listen to him and then deciding he will phone me back after I told him not to. I do not appreciate his attitute or people phoning me for things I did not ask for. I'm sure you can check who it was who phoned me and do something about it.
