Good day
Yesterday, shortly after midday, I phoned Vodashop in Clearwater to ask for the IMEI number of a handset which I took out on contract with them in December 2010 which was on Sunday, 10 March, in Attridgeville, Pretoria. I then followed up twice yesterday, and everytime I called I told that Aminah, whom I'd spoken to and had promised to call me back in a few minutes, was busy with a client. Granted, I cannot expect that she should leave a client to speak on the phone. However, she had failed to get back to me as promised, both times when I called I submitted my contact details again so she could reach me, and I doubt that she was helping one client the whole afternoon where she couldn't get back to me between clients, or give the information to someone else in the store, possibly those people who kept answering the phone but could not speak to me.
I need to report this phone to the police so that I can proceed with blacklisting it. This is a huge inconvenience and delay because now I am not able to claim until I have the police claim number. And it absolutely baffles me that I cannot get all information pertaining to my history with Vodacom over the phone.
Thanks
