MTN did contact me and told me I must phone this number 083 9001212. I phoned that number and rude Tembi Hlongwane answered the phone and told me that they are lying (MTN) and they don't sort out slow or NO connection problems so I tried to get more information out of Tembi but he just drop the phone on me, I phoned back and ask if I can speak to Tembi and Busiwe told me he is busy, so I ask if I can speak to a manager and was told that the managers are all out. So Busiwe ask me if she can help, I told her the story REQ 2629224 and REQ 2557578 and she told me unfortunately she can't help me now because the area were I stay (Garsfontein) 3G tower is down. REQ 3756869. My account with MTN is over R3000 a month, I have been with MTN more then 8 year and I have never being treated so bad. This is starting to conflict with my health and personal life. I think it is time to contact the National Consumer Commission
